CATERING FAQ

1. What is the cancellation policy?

Orders are fully refundable if canceled with more than 48 hours before the date & time of the event.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. The cancellation fee is due to costs incurred in preparing and purchasing for the respective catering event.


2. Do you have a minimum order?
Yes! The minimum catering order is $450.


3. How early do I need to put in my catering order?

Please make your catering request at least 48 hours before your desired date and time. For larger catering orders, we may require at least 72 hours advance notice.


4. Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery all over the Greater Seattle area.


5. Do you have white glove service?

Yes, we can provide white glove service for a separate fee. The minimum is two (2) people for at least four hours at a rate of $30 per person.
